Just like in traditional telephony systems, your PBX will have one or more unique Numbers to receive calls from and send calls to external phone systems.
These numbers are related to your geographic locations and you will be able to select as many of them as you need. For each one of these numbers, you will be able to specify a Callflow or Call Route, which describe the path that calls received on a specific number will follow before reaching its destination.
Call routes are composed by one or more PBX accounts, which are classified in several types according to their function:
Groups, Auto Attendants, Extensions, Conference Rooms, Paging Accounts and Parking Orbits.
